After you have completed registration online, your information will

Why
is a credit card required to bid?
We require each bidder to complete a credit card verification to
ensure that each of the auction bidders is a valid, qualified bidder.
The use of this verification method has been implemented for the protection
and security of each bidder. Each bidder should believe that all bidders
are valid and that they have met the same requirements that you have
had to undergo in order to be able to bid online. The credit card verification
process is completely secure. This is the only procedure available to
secure bidding online.

What
is a Maximum Bid?
A Maximum Bid is the highest dollar amount you are willing to pay
for an item. Here is an example of using the Maximum Bid feature. If
you enter a Maximum Bid the system will automatically bid on your behalf
up to your Maximum Bid amount. For example, lets assume that you enter
a bid of $100 on an item and Maximum Bid of $500. If no other bids are
placed on that item you will be the winner at your $100 bid. If another
bidder places a bid of $125 on the item you will now be winning at $125
plus 1 increment level, $125 + $25 = $150. Your Maximum Bid is completely
confidential and will not be revealed to anyone or viewed by anyone
other than you when selecting this feature. The example is given in
increments of $25, the increment level is subject to change with each
auction and may increase as the bid amount increases. Please review
the bidding increments for this auction located at the bottom of the
auction page.

May
I raise my Maximum Bid?
Yes, but if you are the current high bidder, you will be required
to raise your bid by one bid increment. Please understand that when
you raise your maximum bid, you will be raising your current bid price
in order to do so if you have the current high bid. For example, lets
assume that you enter a bid of $400 on an item and your Maximum Bid
is $500. If you want to raise your maximum bid to $750, your current
bid would need to be raised one increment. So, your new bid would be
$425 and your Maximum would now be $750. This feature assists in keeping
you in the auction by automatically bidding without you present.

What
is a Bid Increment?
A Bid Increment is the minimum dollar amount that a current bid
must be raised in order to be the high bidder. Bid Increments will typically
be in$1.00, $2.00, $5.00, $10.00, $25.00, $50.00 or $100.00 increments.
At any time, you may bid higher than the minimum bid, or you may enter
a Maximum Bid at any time, but you may not bid in denominations less
than the set Bid Increment. Please review the bidding increments for
this auction located at the bottom of the auction page.

What
is Auto-extend time?
This feature allows bidders to have additional time to bid as the
auction approaches the scheduled close time. The auto-extend time feature
will leave the bidding open on any lot that has received a bid within
the last 5 minutes, even if the original ending time has been reached.
Auto-extend bidding will close upon the expiration of bidding within
a 5 minute interval.

How
does the auction end?
Each auction lot will end at a specified time. However, we have
implemented an auto-extend feature. With this feature, the bidding will
remain open on any lot that has received a bid within the last 5 minutes.
Once 5 minutes has lapsed without a bid on the lot, that lot will be
closed. If there is more than one lot/item in an auction, the auction
will have staggered ending times. The first item will close at 8 PM.
Each item will close two minutes after the previous. For example: Lot
1 closes at 8 PM, Lot 2 closes at 8:02 PM, Lot 3 closes at 8:04 PM,
etc, unless they go into extended bidding, while Lot 1 is still open
in extended bidding, Lot 2 could also be in extended bidding or closing.
This scenario applies to all lots.

How
can I make sure I am seeing the most current bidding information on
the screen?
Throughout the duration of the auction and during the bidding process,
you will need to refresh your internet page to ensure you are viewing
the most current bidding screen. The refresh button is located at the
top of your browser with an icon simulating two arrows making a circle.
As you scroll across the refresh button, it should read the word "refresh".
This process should be repeated regularly as the auction draws to a
close.
